CIS Remote Support

We are now offering remote support for your internet connected computers. If you need assistance we may be able to help you without making a site visit, and no computer changes are required to enable the remote connection. Simply open a support request and we will contact you to schedule a time to give you remote support.
To use remote support all you need to do is go to the DOWNLOADS section and download the CISQS.exe file and run it. We will ask you for the numbers presented to you by the application to allow us to connect to your computer remotely. You will be able to watch as we perform tasks on your computer, and you can show us the exact problem you are having.
